Health and Physical education forms an Integral Part of the training schedule of the curriculum of school for which the school have specialized Army & BSF Instructors. Special emphasis is given on outdoor games and curricular activities by qualified staff. Games are compulsory for all cadets. Facilities are available for games and sports including cricket, Football, Volleyball, Hockey, Lawn Tennis and Athletics.

Training on Obstacle Course is imparted to test and improve the cadets courage, physical endurance and mental robustness.
